Stop working since 2 months
I used to loved this app They used to have good amount of shifts Now there’s no jobs posted since 2 months ago Idk what happened 🥲
Giving away my identity?
They are asking for way too much personal information up front. I can’t even see if there are jobs in my region before submitting extremely sensitive information. It is completely unclear as to why they are asking for this much information.
Pretty useless
There are never any jobs available. Tried for quite some time and nothing comes up, so it’s just a waste of time!
Easy to use
App is user friendly and staff always prompt to respond to queries. I really like that I only had to submit a short video instead of doing an interview like most employers! I’ve done a couple of shifts and hope to do more soon!
Onboarding way too big
Hey guys, I think the idea and approach is great, but you need to rethink the UX.
I deleted my account before even get to see the jobs. I was trying to just rush through the onboarding to potentially see the jobs available and then decide if I would invest my time creating a proper profile.
I didn’t feel comfortable uploading documents and entering all my data before even have any clue of which jobs were available.
When I was finally thinking i would be able to see what was around, you guys requested for a video recording. That made me give up and delete the account straight away.

So easy
Great app which made finding work for me very easy, I really liked how easy the signup process was which made it quick and easy for me to find casual work. Will be using this app going forward.

Such a good overall app, very easy to sign up and so helpful when looking for casual work, very happy with the apps layout which made it very easy for me to find work. I definitely recommend it for people who are trying to find casual work at great places.
No jobs?
Lovely design for the app, but after a long sign up process there’s no jobs at all and hasn’t been for a few months… defeats the point of the app? Happy to update this if that changes
Impossible to log in
I'm not being able to connect my account and start working because the app keeps stuck on the login page.
Time waisting
Impossible to upload a document on this App for month or to have the tech team to fix it. Impossible to login to my account once I logged out. They are definitely not ready to be on APP store. Zero star !
