Trying to book a taxi but asks to verify my account by sending a text to my phone but they never sent the code to my phone.

Unusable for tourists

The app needs to send an sms to verify my number so I can use it but it will not send an sms to my USA number. It says it is sending it, but I am not getting it.

Issue

Won’t let me delete payment saying I have an active order. I already paid everything and it’s been weeks since my trip to Sweden. Idk

I got picked this morning at scheduled time and got drove from Nygatan 67 to Umeå Airport with the reservation number: 9680726.

Taxi coming... searching for taxi... taxi arrives

First time I used it, taxi was found and shown to be on the way, then app returns to the ‘finding taxi’ screen so I assume it’s lost, then taxi arrives anyway after I booked another car. Confusing.
