App doesnโt have variety
I like this app, but is unfortunate that has the same files from 10 months ago. I wish it had new files a more options to choose from.
Too many different apps
There are too many differsnt app for this one machine. Some you have to pay for, the others let you download it but you have to buy almost everything in the app. If you already had a cricut and want to restore your accountand continue using it you cant. You have to buy it all over again. Its a sham way of making people pay over and over and its not right! I've lost so many designs becuase of this! I switched to a Mac computer, couldnt log back in. I had to buy the app again and create another account. Then when I had to get another Mac, I had to do this agian because I couldn't log back in and restore my purchase. It has a button to restore but no login in area . every single time i click the restore button it gives me an error that it can't restore my account but i can purchase it so I had to redownload and purchase again. Lost all of my work, again! ITs difficult because in the picture it shows the design space used before you start using your machine but when I downloaded this it was not available. Now once again Im stuck with a cricut I had to buy that I dont need because of misleasding pictures in the description. This is the last time I use this app or machine. It will be sold and I'll be using another avenue for my work, one that doesnt invole multiple confusing apps that all do the same thing and not allow me to log into my account. I used to swear by my cricut but now since switching to another computer I see how this company dupes people into buying more than they need. Very unsatisfied and dissappointed!
