About

SVG Preview opens any .svg or .svgz file on your iPhone or iPad and shows it exactly as a web browser draws it. Then it gives you the tools to look inside it, change it and export it. VIEW • Open SVG files with the Open button, or from the Files app, Mail and other apps with Share or Open in • Paste SVG code you copied • Pinch to zoom, double-tap, rotate, fit or actual size • Check it on a light or dark checkerboard, white, black or any colour • Wireframe mode: see just the outlines of every shape INSPECT • Size, dimensions, viewBox, element count and the program that made it • Warnings for missing fonts, links to outside files and editor leftovers • The code: as written, neatly indented or minified, with colour highlighting EDIT • Edit the code and apply it • Every colour in the file: copy it, replace it everywhere, make the image one colour, greyscale or invert • Layers: hide or delete any part • Optimiser: remove comments and editor data, round numbers, clean up groups, and see how much smaller the file gets • Undo and redo for every change EXPORT • PNG, JPEG or WebP at any size, transparent or with a background • A full icon set for apps and websites (16 to 512 px) • Preview how it looks at tiny icon sizes, pixel by pixel • Copy as a data URI, CSS background, HTML img tag or React component • Save to the Files app, or share to any app, including Photos MADE FOR IPHONE AND IPAD • Portrait and landscape, and Split View and Slide Over on iPad • Saved files are in the Files app, under On My iPhone (or On My iPad) › SVG Preview PRIVATE AND SAFE No ads, no account, and the app never goes online: your files stay on your iPhone or iPad. Scripts inside SVG files are never run, so opening an SVG from an unknown source is safe.
