Works perfectly. There’s a review that said ‘not for fine detail’ but it looks like it’s fixed, the developer cares about the product, listens to the bad reviews and works on addressing them. Create a logo on Procreate move it to Affinity Designer on your iPad AND save it locally (not on the cloud like other similar apps want) - Kudos

Not for fine detail.
I was expecting much more out of this app. I am a graphic designer who prefers to draw my work in procreate then vectorize it. I’ve been using Inkscape for the vectorization process which works perfectly. I found this app and decided to try it in hopes of not having to transfer my work back and forth between my iPad and computer to vectorize it. The PNG files I start with are of very high quality to ensure the most detail once vectorized, however this app imports them at an extremely low quality which results in a poor vectorized version. This was a complete waste of money for me. The website version for some reason does better with smaller details. I don’t get it. Looks like I’ll be going back to Inkscape. Wish I could get my money back.

Die App tut auf dem iPad und dem iPhone was sie soll - sie stellt SVGs aus Bildern her.

This app seems to only be good for solid colors. Anything with texture in it or watercolor type images will result in a huge mess. The outlines are not clean and looks scribbled and weird. Wish I could have tried it first before purchasing. I would not trust all of the great reviews.

I bought this hoping I could log in to my account on my android tablet through the browser in order to select the colors better with the bigger screen as it is more accessible to my needs, Paid almost $14 and all I got was disappointment.
BEST SVG APP EVER
I use this for my business all the time. Such an easy way to convert svgs and make them look professional. Definitely recommend if you're considering going into the svg business!
Upset
I bought this app believing that I was getting the PRO version, as it says in the app title. What they are really making us waste our money on is the same as the free version on their website. Again, as somebody else said, there’s no support. I resorted to posting on one of their TikTok videos about my issues and all they gave me was the run around. I am really disappointed about this as I love what I can do on the free so I was expecting to have the upgraded version when I paid for it and get the extra options that the app has. I would love to get a response on this from somebody who actually cares about the people who support their work.

I love SVG Trace!
If you are a crafter who works with SVG files of any sort, SVG Trace is an absolute GEMMMMM. I use this program all the time and wish I discovered it sooner. Extremely user friendly and effective when trying to convert into a SVG file.

Quite accurate and better than the free online tools. Better yet, you only pay for it once! Swipe reference pictures online and quickly convert it into vector. Saves a lot of time when compared to tracing - Phooweeh!

Sorry to hear about your experience. To answer your question the iOS app doesn’t require any login and the web app requires a separate purchase.
Absolutely love this app
I’m old, but new to this whole vector thing. I wanted to be able to make SVG’s without having to buy them all the time. I’m not a business so I don’t need CANVA or Illustrator. This was the best money spent!! I have been able to convert my images from procreate to this app, then put it on my cricut! voilà!!! I am able to make anything I want. If it’s not working for you. It’s you! Not the app.

Does not work
It freezes. After “successful conversion” of a photo of tree to vector image, resulting in two somewhat similar images one just darker, I tried the eraser but nothing got erased. I tried the pen tool, but it did not make any lines). Basically I was not able to edit anything. (iPad Pro, 5th generation, iPadOS 17.2, 2nd gen Apple Pencil).

Das ist eine App um Fotos in SVG umzuwandeln. Das Umwandeln klappt miserabel, die App hängt sich auf. Umgewandelte Fotos lassen sich nicht bearbeiten als SVG, so dass einfach Unbrauchbares heraus kommt. Richtig schlecht aber ist, daß die App keine Probezeit einräumt und man so einfach Geld zum Fenster raus schmeißt.
