The application does not even open. Just like the Indian government, this app is a disappointment. How is anyone supposed to do anything if the public doesn’t even have the tools?

Asks for mobile number to on first page and then nothing happens. You press continue and there’s no response.

Doesnt work at all
The app doesnt work at all. Wouldnt go further the landing page. Gives the error right away on startup saying “ Please make sure you internet is connected properly or not”

Not Usable
Like many govt initiatives this one too is good only on the papers. The App is unusable, as I am unable to login to the App. Wonder why the concerned minister never questions if there are no complaints received or if the number of downloads is too low.

This app is a Joke. I entered my mobile number and pressed continue but nothing happens. Its stuck at one place.
Non functional app
This app has just been created to show that there's something of this sort and you can complain to it.. But the main thing is that this app doesn't work, if it did these people would be at their toes with so much malba and garbage in delhi.

Whenever try to open app error occurs ‘please check your internet connection’ however my internet working great without any issue.

Instant resolution of issue
I discovered this app recently. I raised a complaint regarding a malba dump. The issue got resolved by the next day. Awesome!!
App could be better though. They could add option to reopen the complaint or any other help desk number inside the app in case there is an issue. Also may be the contact number of the person who is working on the issue.

Appropriate & timely action taken
I lodged a complaint regarding irregular performance of lane sweepers. And the action was taken within appreciable time.
However the app could be updated to be more dynamic and user friendly.

After downloading the app I am not able to register with my number and it keeps saying you don’t have an internet connection but my 4g is working perfectly fine. Please update the app soon so that I can file a complaint
