Good idea, room for improvement
I like the concept of this app, I feel like it can be extremely beneficial for new parents. In my case it didn’t help because my baby was experiencing pain in the back of her head and the app was unable to pick up the pain in the cry. Now that I know the difference in the pain cry and other needs, I feel it should also be one of the options. Something to explore.

Swaddle is designed to help identify common needs like hunger, tiredness, gas, discomfort, or wanting comfort - not to diagnose pain or medical conditions from a cry. We agree that making it easier to indicate when none of those options fit would be useful, and we’re working to improve that experience.
