Servers

Anytime I try to do anything even create a account says somthing about servers tried deleting and reinstalling but get same thing can’t change any setting on board or anything any idea when servers will be fixed

read this, if you are having issues

If anyone is having issues adjusting your speed sensitivity, etc. you have to have the board on charge and in standby mode to change the settings. You cannot change them while you are riding. I hate that this is unclear so that is why I am here to tell you that it works and how to do it, the UI looks a little weird but other than that it’s great

Needs an update for once

I have a swagtron and I don’t really like the fact how this app doesn’t work. It needs an update because I have the model T882 HERO and when you look there is no existing model on the app. I would like it if y’all would add this model in because I can’t adjust the speed alert and and the settings. Please add this update and I would give y’all a better review >:( .

IPhone XR not compatible

I’m writing this review on my iPhone 7 because the app is not recognized by my daughters or wife’s iPhone XR. My daughter got an upgrade to the iPhone XR and now the app will not fully connect. It will pair and only play music. It will not give an any stats of speed or battery usage. It says to turn on Bluetooth. She could not write a review either, because it says she doesn’t own one. There is no update.

I emailed swagtron and they replied the next day. Their suggestion of deleting the app and reinstalling it helped. So I changed to 4 stars.
