Eligible Exchange Bonus Missing After Latest Update – Urgent Fix Needed
Hi SwapEasy Team,
I’m planning to purchase a new mobile phone from a Reliance Digital store and intended to complete the purchase yesterday due to limited time. However, after the latest app update, the eligible exchange bonus that was previously displayed is no longer appearing.
This issue is preventing me from proceeding with my purchase and exchanging my existing phone. I was ready to buy the new device, but if the eligible bonus is not restored, I may have to postpone or cancel the purchase altogether.
I request the team to investigate this issue and release a fix as soon as possible so that customers can continue with their purchases without any inconvenience.
Please treat this as urgent, as time-sensitive offers and exchange benefits directly influence purchasing decisions.
Thank you for your understanding. I hope this issue will be resolved at the earliest.

SOS Do Not Download
I read the reviews and should have listened to them but it instead I went ahead and downloaded the application. The application asks for all the permissions to run checks on your phone and gives your pennies for your old phone. After all this, when you try to delete your own data, it says that there’s no data found relevant to the mentioned imei number. This is just a data stealing scam.

Fraud app - Collects Personal Info
Please do not fall in trap of this app for mobile exchange offers
It collects personal info which you will never be able to delete. Always notice the person checking camera wants to take owner photo with front & back camera rather that their own photo.
Also evaluation goes down every time you run the diagnostics.
It may also harm your phone hardware.

As the other said,, they give unbelievable low price even after running all the tests. I suggest try once and give the feedback.
Worst exchange app
Guys dont fall in this trap. Better to sell your device in offline market . This app calculates value of your device like trash.
Do not enter you data
After checking my phone price, i wanted to erase all my data. Even after fulfilling all the requirements, in the last the app is stating that the IMEI number entered for erasing the data is incorrect. Whereas I entered the same IMEI number for checking my phone price
