Locations service doesn’t work and gives me locations in America not Australia, waste of time and effort to download

The map function doesn’t work, it is clumsy, the icons on the map are so large that you can’t see where the location is when it does finally work. Basically a waste of data.

Downloaded this from a link on Aus website but doesn’t work in Australia! Will download it next time I’m in Tennessee . Just put a search engine on your website you nongs!
Provides a list
It’s supposed to use your location and show those nearby. Instead told me I was in USA. Then on search didn’t recognise my town name. Then when I found a bigger town all the pins are at the town centre. But there is a list on the page.

It puts you in the United States, the near me feature doesn’t work despite that being the name of the app.
Using the website is better but they were too stupid to resize the logos so you can’t actually see where the locations are.
It’s hard to imagine how you could possibly make this app so poorly. Who paid for this to be made? Did it ever occur to you to test it and do it properly?

Server Error
App doesn't even work. Just put a map on your website, no app required.

Can’t use app as it comes up with server errors all the time - fix the app or remove it

Continuously getting Server error and no sites shown. Any reason I shouldn’t delete it?
Hot air but no gas
Elgas have screwed this up big time. App finds absolutely nothing. Don’t waste your time even downloading. Just drive around and look for orange label at servos.

I drove so far out of my way to go to this location while I was out camping only to be led to the beach.. and the marker said it was 2km out in the water.. not even close
Incorrect information
Easy enough to use, but the locations listed don’t exist or are not where they appear on the map. Needed gas after typical trading hours. Website won’t give you that information. So I went through the hassle of opening the app only to find that the locations listed don’t all exist and one doesn’t accept Elgas any longer. Better off to just drive around until you find an open servo and hope they do a swap. Either fix the website or the app. (Preferably both)

Hopeless app. Sites that have not operated for a long time still on map.

Also, the app doesn’t communicate properly with Maps on an iPhone. It lists the closest outlet at one address, but then when you open Maps to get directions, the address is different, and wrong.
I’m deleting it.

Too hard, have deleted it
In desperation for finding an outlet, I downloaded this app because the locator on the website wasn’t finding anything.
Searching for Levin the first time gave me locations in the US though the pins when clicked reported Levin location details. Second time all locations were in the same place...though this time in the centre of Levin

Why on earth do you make people download a blasted app for this basic information? It should simply be available on your website Elgas.
Why do I need an app
Very frustrating that I am forced to download an app when I am on my computer for something I will rarely check. Anyway the app worked.
