Sick

I Ben doing this for days I can’t do it

The app really sucks!

It is very hard to pair the watch with the iPhone. The app does not work as it should.
The developer needs to redesign the application for it to do what is supposed to....

Love the watch, the app... not so much!

App needs to be able share with apple health. Also all the other bugs in the reviews for the last 3 years need to be addressed. Seriously, bugs still an issue for 3 years??? I expect a lot more from SWATCH!

Toronto Canada not impressed

In June my partner bought me two swatch watches for my b-day, I’ve always been a fan. However, the touch zero app is letting me down, the watch on it’s own is fine but together they both are a nightmare. Pairing the two proves to be challenging process. Tech savvy person I’m not, but my determine to make the syncing work as it should, I’ve notice that there is a glitch when it come to the date and time. At 9pm the time in the step counter changes to the next day and thus when when the sync tries to work it ask if I would like to change the data on the watch, “It appear the time on your watch is wrong would you like to change?”. Either way you answer the result will let u pull out your hair. As result, I’ve lost 2 days of step data, it’s annoying because I surpassed my step goals..... aww frustrating.

Swatch please work on improving the app, your product is quality and thus your app should represent the same.

What A Piece Of Junk!

I have not exactly had any problems with the Swatch Touch Zero One watch itself. I was confused, I’ll admit, by the swiping movement to navigate the menus, having read the manual, so I looked up a video on YouTube and was fine after that. However, when it comes to the app for iOS, it simply doesn’t work. I can see my iPhone 7 Plus connecting in the Bluetooth part of “Settings”, so at least the watch is unlikely to be at fault, but the Swatch app doesn’t see the watch. I did see it briefly once, but each time since then it hasn’t appeared. On that one occasion, the watch went out of Bluetooth mode very quickly when I clicked on it in the app. Also, each time I restart the app, I have to scroll down the terms of use to agree. So that’s it: I simply cannot use the app on a new iPhone. A total failure of an app, and it made me think of the Star Wars line “What a piece of junk!” in the exact tone: fitting for a youth product, I’d say (I’m 36.)

App not up to par

The watch is nice but again like the other review stated, the watch has a difficult and annoying time synchronizing its info to the app. Blue tooth will connect to the phone but when you open the app it will not sync. Very frustrating with this new zero touch two. On the positive note, the watch function works great! It tells time very well 😁

Needs update

Doesn't track all of your daily steps when I sync it with the app.

Bad App

Every time I sync my watch with the app it tells me the date is wrong on my watch. It's not wrong. When I look at my steps it always says zero for the current day because the app is on a different date than my watch apparently. Please fix ASAP!

Unintuitive

For how little information it can display, it is very unintuitive. Numerous grammatical errors make it look unprofessional and sloppy. Lacks basic information i would like to see. The coach tells me incorrectly that i missed my goal for the last 3 days but yesterday i met the goal.

App is buggy but i have faith

**updated for 1.1***The app is getting better but still has a few kinks to work out; I submitted a review yesterday and it's disappeared so here goes again... Setting the time/date through the app is "impossible".. It's always a day off. The app feels very beta; the data displays are somewhat confusing but you get used to it E.g., if I play volleyball from 7-8:30 the overall graph display shows 7-8:30, but on the detailed graph when I check my power hit at 7:05 it shows as 0:05. I'm getting used to it but perhaps splash screens or a tutorial would help. The data was transferring all day ,showing my progress, and suddenly around 9 pm my data disappears. This has happened two days in a row: it's frustrating. Does swatch "end" the day at 8pm? I hope the next update brings iOS HealthKit integration and some bugfixes. This app has great promise. But if the app isn't up to par, the watch becomes less useful
