Not just for developers!
First, I am the mother of the developer of this app. Take from that what you will.
SwatchStack was created for developers of apps to help develop color sets for apps. My son had no idea that this app would be so important for me personally. For me, I use it as a place to sort the colors that I want for my future residence. Very silly, I know, but for me it works perfectly. I also use it to design my business documents and logos. Before using this I had an envelope of paint chips that I kept, but I would always have to go to the site or open a document to locate the HEX codes or RGB values.
This solves my problems, plus I get to categorize my colors into my base colors, my accent colors, and miscellaneous colors. I can look at the colors quickly and easily. This is my dream app!
