Please add an overnight payment option when resident applying for visitor QR code. Guard post is overwhelmed with overnight visitors, it takes around 5-10 mins to wait for visitors to pay and guards to write receipts.Then it turns into a heavy traffic jam from sky sanctuary gate and affect residents from sky 4 and soon Edge wood. The apps keep hang when you want to fill in the form and then need to restart. 😑

The app always hang and need to restart , especially register for visitor , massive improvement required
It give users very bad experience & irritating whenever half way register for visitor and all details need to re-fill again

Poor App Performance
Visitor Database - The app did not allow to remove the old visitor data from the list. Perhaps it kept duplicate visitor data in the visitor list. Please 1) enable remove visitor detail function and, 2) disable duplicate record, for more clean interface.
Facilities Booking Functionality - The booking experience is not user friendly. First of all it required at least 3 working days to process the booking. This discourage the residence from using our facilities. Secondly, the approval takes longer than expected because the approver only assess and approve the request if we inform them. Please change this policy and allow instant approval (for example appoint 1 party to monitor the booking request daily “mon-sun” and their task is to assess the booking request and give approval for the booking once the payment transaction is verified).
Slow Loading - This slow loading usually encountered upon new announcement. Bad experience like last time the Management open for motorcycle parking application, not all user able to access to the app.
Enquiry - The enquiry part used to share the feedback/complaint from the residence to the management. However, the management did not assess the feedback accordingly. But good thing, now look like they slightly improve on this part. I can suggest the app can give like notification alert to the patty who managing this app to avoid dey in response and delay in action

Popup notification not working
No longer receive pop up notifications once we update it
NOT GETTING NOTIFICATION
After so many times updating, there’s NO notification for NEW ANNOUCEMENT AND PERMIT APPROVAL. Only getting notification for visitor arrival only!
Visitor Button went missing after update
The guard wouldn’t let my visitor because there’s no QR code but how to register if no “Visitor” button on the apps???

-Maintained by SkyWorld : which is not their speciality. This app so bad. From user interface and lagging. YOU ARE NOT APPS MAKER. Just stick to House Development Project. This app so hard to use for owners and residents.

This new apps terrible
This new apps is always crash, lag and takes longer time to loading. I also have problem to register visitor. Please fix the issue.

People update for better version but you update to look old fashioned, previous version was more better and modern
