Great work

If you are looking for a quick cardio workout. Definitely recommend

AWESOME app

Love the flexibility and tang of exercise. Itโ€™s reasonable in price and the random nature of a deck keeps me coming back for more.

Donโ€™t get

If you want a sweat deck that clusters and is not random, this is your app!

Garbage. Worst shuffle Iโ€™ve ever seen.

Free version is worth exactly as much as it costs. Come on guys, multiple triple, quadruple, quintuple repeats in one deck???

I love it

Honestly, this is my favorite app by far. I love it.
Iโ€™m a huge calisthenics and high endurance fan and this helps break up the monotonous circuit that I use to do.
Granted, you could buy a deck of cards and do it yourself but I canโ€™t for the life of me remember what exercise I said for each suit was.
This, you can edit your exercise to each suit you prefer.
The only thing I wish I could do is adjust the template set to be the 1st, 2nd or 3rd. Once you create a deck of cards set. It saves under the one you created previously. Other than that, simple and effective!

FAQ

What is Sweat Deck?

Sweat Deck is a fitness application that uses a deck of cards to create unique and engaging workout routines. You assign exercises to each suit, and then draw cards to determine which exercises to perform and for how many repetitions.

How does the card workout system work?

You can assign different exercises to each of the four suits (hearts, diamonds, clubs, spades). When you draw a card, you perform the exercise associated with its suit. The number on the card typically indicates the number of repetitions or sets.

Is Sweat Deck free to use?

The basic version of Sweat Deck is free to download and use, offering a core set of features. An in-app purchase, Sweat Deck Pro, unlocks additional features like a larger exercise library, custom exercise creation, workout timing, and progress tracking.

What devices is Sweat Deck compatible with?

While specific operating system versions are not detailed, the app is designed for mobile devices. It also optionally integrates with the Health app on compatible devices to save workout minutes.

What are the benefits of using Sweat Deck?

Sweat Deck offers a fun and unpredictable way to keep your fitness routine fresh, preventing boredom. It provides structure for workouts, allows for customization to suit your fitness level, and helps track your progress over time.
