Simple
I travel a lot and use the sweat 440 app to stay up-to-date on the class schedules at every location. App is reliable simple to use no complaints.
Terrible app
The old app worked perfectly and then they transitioned to this one which has a horrible user experience. Why?
App is worse, why change
Love the Sweat 440 workout and company, but the app was a bad business decision. I realize reskinning this Brickhouse app is probably cheaper to maintain, but they should have looked for a better partner because the app is badddd
Terrible
This app sucks, it keeps getting glitches and no matter how many times I change the settings to be able to add my booked classes to my calendar, the app still says the access is denied. Unbelievable that the appe is unable to do something as basic as adding my booked classes to my calendar. I hate that our gym switched to this app by Mind and Body because the old one was so much better. I hope to see a valuable update available soon. There is also no way to report troubleshooting or any kind of issue. If you click on “help center” it takes you to an error page by Mind and Body… completely useless.

Terrible app, good workout
The Sweat 440 app is genuinely terrible. It’s full of bugs, crashes often, and basic features don’t work reliably, which makes booking and managing workouts frustrating every time. For an app tied to a paid fitness service, the experience feels unfinished and poorly maintained. It’s frustrating to pay that much money for that poor of an interaction.
That said, despite how bad the app is, the actual workouts themselves are solid and effective which is the only saving grace.

Not an upgrade
First review in the App Store I ever write, but I think in the end it may help franchisees if actual users speak their mind on the change.
Overall, a much less streamlined experience, and 100% a downgrade from not only a look and feel perspective, but also from ease of use/user experience.
There’s many quirks that I’m sure will be addressed in future updates (my guest pass being the default option when I book rather than my actual membership), but a lot of improvements will have to be made to match the user friendliness of the prior app.
Hope things are ultimately resolved. App updates should be done to reduce friction with businesses, not increase it.

Huge downgrade
Won’t sync to calendar, can’t see your stats or prs, no noticeable benefit. Last app was so much better. Huge disappointment.
How much money did they spend to make the app this much worse??
What a downgrade. Harder to book, harder to check in, harder to see availability. Disappointing.
New app fewer features
Bring back the option to add a class to your iPhone calendar when you book
Terrible app, great workout
What happened??!Someone in corporate made a terrible decision to switch app platforms and change to an app that - at least from a users view - didn’t need work. The old one was intuitive, responsive, and simple. This one introduces friction, removes functionality and is objectively worse by a mile. On top of that, there was zero change management or notification about the switch…really really poor.
That said, after 10+ years of struggling to stay consistent, Sweat 440 has me believing again. I just passed my hundredth class. I wake up, excited to work out and the vibe in my Florida location, the trainers, and my fellow gym goers are everything I need from a workout. I highly recommend the brand but this app has to go.

Can’t understand why the app had to change
The new app is a total downgrade and seems incredibly antiquated and is not up to par!
Downgrade on the app
The previous app was much more aesthetically pleasing. It looks more cohesive and it also allowed you to add your booked classes to your calendar with one click, which was excellent. This looks like the Temu version of the previous app.
Appreciate the new New!
I’ve been a SWEAT440 member for a while, and this new 2.0 version is a huge step forward. The design is clean, booking is effortless, and everything works seamlessly. I love being able to manage my membership, see class openings quickly, and check in without any issues. The app feels modern, reliable, and built with members in mind. Amazing job by the team!

Excellent features
The new app has all the features of the old app, plus easy access to book and see my upcoming classes, update my profile, and track my progress.
Love the upgrade
Works great and it’s so seamless to book classes!
Took me a minute but now I love it.
Upon downloading the new app, it took me a minute to get familiar with the changes. But now I can see all of my achievements. It even checks me an automatically when I walk in.
HORRIFIC
Why change what worked?? This new app is horrible. Nit only I camt log in because I had am existing mind body account, the graphics are HORRIBLE!!!
Great app
Updated app is working great
Clearly built without caring about the community
The new Sweat440 app is a mess. It’s confusing, hard to book with, full of glitches, and feels completely untested. Nothing about it reflects the clean, consistent, high-energy brand that Sweat440 is known for. Instead, it creates friction at every step and genuinely makes you not want to take a class.
What’s worse is that it’s clear corporate didn’t prioritize the user experience — or the franchisees who rely on a smooth booking system to keep their studios full. This rollout feels rushed, poorly designed, and out of touch with what members actually need.
Great workouts, terrible app. Corporate needs to fix this fast, for both the users and the studios depending on them.

Where is the actual booking option?
I’m not able to book. I can see all the classes but there is no option to actually book the class. I had to call Sweat440 so that they could book me for a class. What is going on?!
