Poor app
Full of bugs.
You get a stuck in process of wanting to add a credit card even if you have a couple in the system. I was not able to book a simple appointment. Will call in the future since it is not worth the hassle of lost time trying to figure it out.

Horrible App
I have an unlimited membership and can’t book cold plunges using the app without paying separately for them. I don’t mind calling to book appointments but it’s having to call 4x in a row to get someone to answer every single day that drives me wild. I try to cold plunge 7 days a week so this is extremely inconvenient.

This app does not work 9/10 times
App never works
The app never works. It usually takes me closing and opening 15 times before I’m about to book a session. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it and the same thing happens giving me a domain error 40000
