Beat your best and the app says so. Match your top weight for an extra rep, or add weight, and the set earns a trophy right there in the workout and again on the summary. Every exercise now shows its all-time best. Also in this update: - Plate calculator: barbell lifts show which plates to load on each side, drawn as plates on the bar. - A weeks-in-a-row streak that counts every week you trained. - Body weight tracking with a trend line, alongside your strength trends. - Share your workout summary as an image to any app, and your backup as a file. - A daily reminder at the time you pick, scheduled entirely on your device. - Notes per exercise: seat height, grip, whatever you need to remember. They show up mid-workout. - Make the plan yours: drag to reorder a day, and edit sets, rep range, and rest per exercise. - Swipe a workout away if you logged it by mistake. Better programming: - Cardio is now part of the plan for fat loss and general fitness, including a brisk walk on rest days. - Planks and other holds are prescribed in seconds instead of reps, and progress by 5 seconds rather than asking you to add weight to a plank. - When a lift stalls three sessions running, the app backs the weight off to 90 percent instead of asking for a rep you cannot hit. Pound users step in 5 and 10 lb. - Beginner days cover the whole body: a push day gets triceps and side delts instead of three presses, and leg days get calves. - Swapped exercises keep the right sets, reps, and rest for the movement.
