This app sucks

I love the concept of the app and maybe it’s better from the attendee side, but it absolutely sucks from the host side. Their ‘support’ page online also seems incomplete… like a draft website that accidentally got published before it was done. Their FAQ section is just a list of common questions with no answers and no links to pages with information. How is that helping anyone? There are several features that get discussed in the tutorials that don’t even show up in the app (like duplicating events). Overall very frustrating to use, bad UX

This app doesn’t work well on a Mac

I was unable to select a date of birth when trying to register for Zilker relays on my Mac.

No way to communicate

I signed up for a free pickleball meetup and no one showed up and there was no way to contact anyone within the app or see who else registered so that was super disappointing. There was an automated chat message from the app but there was no way to respond or ask a question.

UI bloat

My gym switched to this app and I can’t stand it. All I need is to get to the membership barcode. This is the worst maze of a UX/UI I’ve ever seen.
