In the last couple of weeks, the app doesn’t require pin or face-id anymore when I open it. I tap on the icon, and my bank account is there in plain sight, straight away, for everyone.
This is a huge security risk but, after 10 days of my initial report, their only solution was to ask me to manually log out every time I use it.
A banking app… can you imagine?

Update: they are now asking me to get in touch via the app, but that’s exactly what I did one month ago and their answer was to manually logout every time I use the app. Won’t waste more time.

The worst app I've ever seen
absolutely useless. maximum check balance. after five attempts to transfer money just created a link to the internet bank website.
