输入得分界面

建议在每轮的积分界面输入界面的间隙可以设置宽窄，就是每一家分开。

更新前的备注更好

您好！1.更新前的备注名后面的号码长了会自缩小省略，更新后照片变小了备注名数字变大了，导致跟后面的计分数字混淆甚至覆盖。2.无法准确检查查询，我计分到98轮了想去第一轮复查，不能像更新前直接选择哪一轮，更新后变成要上一轮一直点至到第一轮。3.更新后看起来正红负绿的很多改变，但整体感觉间距什么的变小了，增加了眼睛负担造成疲劳。 4.最主要的一点是详情，更新前我只要点有打的局数，现在每一轮有分数没打的也有0！点不了打的局数！希望能再次更新恢复这次更新前某一项便利功能。万分感谢🙏辛苦了！
