Pretty good place to grab an açaí bowl, will admit the food selection isn’t the strongest (I’ve tried their salad & rice bowls - average at best, and too much $$ for something you can easily make at home) however, their build your own bowls are nice! One of the better açaí bowl places in the area. Fresh tasting bases (and different kinds to choose from) with the in season, fresh tasting fruit.
Only con is that the line is ridiculous sometimes and the wait times shows it. I always order online thru the app for pick up, and I still have to wait even after they say my order is ready - which kind of defeats the purpose of having that option available for convenience.

this app needs SERIOUS work
i love sweetberry bowls and have been addicted ever since i started getting them...and i love the convenience of this app....HOWEVER it needs serious work. i’ve made at least 10 orders thru it and each time i get an email saying Thank you for your FIRST order from sweetberry bowls. I received a message via the app saying that today only you can get 30% off when you order online...but when i went to redeem it the link they tell you to click just leads to the app store where you download the app...there’s no code or anything to enter and you can’t even access it when you try to order online thru a computer. If you’re going to offer a promo i would think you’d have the kinks worked out on giving your customers access to it. Please do better, because this is a great business and i’d hate to see it’s downfall be a result of poor app navigation and operation.

They updated the app and its much cleaner. You can add money to the app and pay from the phone

App is not user friendly. Hard to figure out how to order thru the app which doesn’t work every time I tried to use it.
Confusing & clueless
This is the most confusing app I have ever used. The app is built like a wrapper under a wrapper! App does not align well with the rewards program offered. Navigation between pages and login options are totally confusing!
Dysfunctional to the point of being unusable
Why even bother having an app at all. Your website is almost as bad. It’s like this company doesn’t even *want* to succeed.
