Can’t use app.
Everything is written Chinese. I can’t activate the app. It comes with a activation card. It’s as for number and password What password? Theirs only an activation number but no password.
Does any know how to get around this. If I can’t figure it out. It’s going back.

App Doesn’t Stay Open
I was very excited to try out this sleep aid product but the app that is necessary to make it work doesn’t stay open for longer than about a second before crashing.
This app crashes continually on IPhone X
Got a new music pillow downloaded the app and it continually crashes on splash screen

I cannot register my email or get into the app. The website isn't in English and I would like a developer to help me with this. Thanks! Otherwise the product works the app not so much at the moment.
