Super simple intuitive app, way better than Surfline
This is my favorite surf app by far. As a beginner/intermediate surfer I get overwhelmed by Surfline and all the other apps - I never know how to read them.
This one you just enter in the kind of wave you like and the spots you go to and it automatically sends notifications when its good. So easy to set and forget.
I’ve had so many good days surfing because of this app with minimal effort. The notifications help me plan my week so I can go out when its good, and the forecasts are super accurate.
If it hasn’t been ‘good’ and not sent me a notification I can check the app to see what the forecast is and make a call if I want to go, knowing what I’ll likely get.
There’s a tonne of free content too, info and tips on how to improve surfing which is super useful. Even if you like using Surfline this is the perfect accompaniment for the notification system and ease of use alone. Great app!

Easy, customizable, accurate
Such a great app to explore New Zealand’s surf breaks! Very customizable and easy to use, with a nice interface. I’ve found it gives me a consistently accurate forecast too!
