Good app but needs more options
As someone who’s worked at swensons before and knows the ins and outs having an app and rewards is long overdue and amazing BUT
I know tons of add ons you can do for burgers and sandwiches and so on so not having all the options of add ons makes it kind of hard to order on here when you can’t do something as simple as extra sauce on the burger or even add an onion ring on your burger.
Great app for people who love regular menu items but if your a true Swensons’s lover you might be better off calling or going in person to order

Options
It would be nice if there was an option to select light or extra toppings when ordering in the app.

Amazing food wow, made my taste buds scream with joy. Long wait often but worth it. I would love to be intimate with one of these burgers
Cheesy Italian burg
Tonight we went to the North Canton swensons for supper. I usually get a cheeseburger but tonight I saw the sign for the cheesy Italian burger so I decided to try it out and let me tell you that was the most delicious burger I’ve ever had!!! PLEASE Swensons keep this delicious burger on the menu all the time!!! I will be back before the end of month to get another one. I HIGHLY recommend it!!!

Great food, bad app.
Been eating Swensons for over 30 years. This app does not represent the quality of the business. It’s clumsy and clunky. It logged me out and treats my login as though it doesn’t exist every time. I have no desire to use this app because it fails to do the thing it’s supposed to which is provide convenience.

Connor did a great job taking my order and then bringing my order accurately. He was very pleasant and professional. He also came back and checked on me. Good upbringing and well trained.
More options needed
Overall it’s an easy app to use and gets the job done. However, there is no longer an option for extra cheese on a burger. It was on previous version but now I don’t see it. It would be nice to have even more burger options like cooking well done. I’ve noticed some orders come undercooked and I’d like to specify that on the app like I do in person. Lastly, saving orders or items as favorites to make the next app order even quicker would be nice!

Unusable
No matter what location I choose, it says “closed today” and doesn’t let me put in any orders ahead of time, only in-person. Please fix!
Nice graphics, buggy
The app constantly logs out and it’s difficult to tell until you realize you have no saved payment methods or locations. Also have had repeated trouble using a saved card. Order fails, then my card gets charged anyway. Order also time out if you take to long to decide and it just provides a general error, not a timeout warning. Generally poor execution. Please implement apple/google pay.

App in general.
I love swensons but the app is horrible. Logs you out constantly, usually have to re-input all your information, in the special instructions tab you can’t type anything such as “no ice” for drink or “sauce on the side”. App doesn’t always update or load the screen.
App requires you to enter payment info every time
Come on guys either let us store payment info or let me use Apple Pay in 2024. Gimme a break

Charged twice for an order than didn’t go through..
Listen to the reviews when it comes to the app! The employees and food is great but order at the place not the app if you want to be charged correctly, and actually have your order go through :(
Gift Card Payment options
Should be able to add gift cards as a payment option.
Very spotty
Very spotty app. Never have I had a smooth transaction with this app. The time the app should save you is spent re entering things.
Terrible UX
Lately, the app won’t process any orders. The worst part is, it’ll wait until after I’ve selected all the food and entered my credit card info to tell me that the order failed. This is the worst user experience I’ve had with any food-ordering app.
