We’ve been with SWHB through two corporate and name changes. We’re loyal to them and they’re loyal to us. I love being able to walk into a bank (or any establishment) where they know your name and you personally.
Great Branch in Green Valley, AZ
I am 88 years young and have needed help requiring Medallion and Notary stamps. Your staff, both the tellers and the officers are just wonderful, helpful and a pleasure to work with. Thank you for having such a great workforce.
Technical issues
So I only have this account so I can have a local bank. The online functionality is way behind most banks. It constantly forgets my password and I have to reset it. Super annoying. I should probably just change to a bigger nationwide bank but I’m too lazy.

U literally cannot do anything u can t transfer no bill pay no Zelle no nothing just see ur balance every option is blank no navigation it’s garbage
Widget
Wish I could get a widget for the app. Bank 34 had a widget so you could get a quick glance at your accounts.
Zelle
Need to have Zelle back. We used to have that in Bank 34
