Doesn’t matter the day or time of the week this app is constantly crashing. Needs an update or something please.
Great app but.......
The interface is great but when there is an error or the app crashes for no reason there is no specific error message you are given. If there was an error message given when these things happen then when you call into tech support they could easily find the issue and resolve it rather than telling you that they will make a report and get back to you. They really need to update it. It crashes or stops working completely every week like clockwork. Doesn’t matter if your internet is amazing or not. Even the website goes down with a “internal error”. Just goes to show that the who make their apps are about as good as the drivers who work for the company.

Not working properly
The last few days the app says the server is unidentified?! What’s the problem this is the way we get paid. There should be a way to manually enter the trip sheet without scanning it because that’s where the problem is residing. We need this issue fixed immediately.

They need to fix this. I’ve been with Swift for 4 years and this app has never improved. Seems to actually be getting worse. It’s always crashing. Takes forever to load anything. The day paystubs are available to view the entire app is crashed and unusable.

If I can give it no star , I will . App crashes a lot , it even more useless using swift university tab , you can’t scroll up to the next page . It’s pathetic, seen other companies app and they’re more interactive and user- friendly. Kinda lot an app that’s still in development stage , hopefully they’ll update this junk called app soon

Won’t upload bills. It just loads forever. Please fix
Let be real, this app is garbage
As I write this, I have this app on my phone and it has been trying to up load paper work for 4 hours now...after 3-4 failed attempts due to it not being able to find a server, as a driver who drives to turn in paper work before my pay period cut off this app will have your pay checks messed up simply because of poor design. Facebook will let you face time people in China , but this app struggles to upload a simple photo. Swift should be ashamed for giving this “tool” to its employees with a serious face. I swear I feel like I’m back in 2006 using this app.

Can’t login. “Login already in progress”
Won’t let me login to either app. It keeps throwing that annoying beeping sound (which shouldn’t be in any app) and an error message saying “Login is already in progress.”
Been down for days
Anyone now what’s happen this app has been down for days back to the old facing will cause a lot of problems with them not getting the paper work

Keep Logs Straight
So recently when time changed for Fall and we dropped back an hour, ELD systems got national attention for being defunct until the issue was fixed. So paper logs right, wrong, The KeepTrucking app is wonderful, it tracks your time so you don’t make mistakes, just put in your time and status and it calculates your 70hr, and 14 hr on the clock, it also lets you know when you make mistakes in your log, absolutely an amazing app.
