THE WORST
STAY AWAYYYY!!!! This app is absolute trash & that’s being generous. Even with full cell service/WiFi you experience the following issues:
Random crashes
Non responsiveness
Tremendously slow uploads, Failed uploads
No ability to upload pdf files
Slow operating speed
WORST THING IS BATTERY DRAINAGE! You will start with 100% and after 5 minutes expect your phone battery to be at around 70%. 2 hours of use? Just forget it. Be prepared to stay plugged in.
I don’t recommend using this app for anything until these issues are resolved. Which seeing as it took years to finally be able to upload multiple photos at once.. will be never

Horrifically terrible application and support
This app has the single most useless support that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The app constantly bricks, making me and several associate’s uninstall and redownload nearly on a daily basis. The app is constantly bogged down and refuses to cooperate as well.

Everyone is knows that the battery drain is insane, and a lot of times you open one section it opens another one,

This app will drain your battery very quickly. No way to upload multiple photos at once. Very buggy. Unfortunately there is no alternative for my line of work. Developers please work on making this a better experience.

Updating my 2025 and it’s still hot trash
Does anyone know how I can upload photos without it kicking me out of music, like I’m loading a file and it just shuts my music off, pretty depressing, so now it’s 2025 and this app is still trash to all iPhone users, can’t have the app in the back ground cause it will just drain your battery, tried going into settings to see what’s the deal and nothing, are you guys going to fix these issues this new year or you guys gonna have me just update this review every month this year ?

It doesn’t let me listen to music
Does anyone know how I can upload photos without it kicking me out of music, like I’m loading a file and it just shuts my music off, pretty depressing, might quit my job so I don’t ever have to use this app at this point !

The app hardly works. Sometime you can’t load anything. You’ll get about 4 photos uploaded by the time your battery drops 10%.

worst app in history.
i have a BRAND NEW iphone 15. i opened this app and took photos for a site for 1 hour and went from 93% to 45% with NO other apps running, lowest brightness. it takes forever to load, and will seemingly crash for no reason. sometimes i will have to take a photo 10+ times just to get lucky and have the app not crash while taking the photo. communication through the chat is not terrible, but its impossible to keep track of every message since every item has a separate chat (understandably) but theres no central way to see every chat message/item without looking through hundreds of them individually during a session. i am a reasonable man, but this app is more poorly optimized than minecraft

Guys idk what you did for the last update although every time I upload a photo from my library the app closes. And it’s very annoying. Idk if your doing anything to fix it with all the complaints although come on guys tighten up this app

Constantly crashes while trying to upload photos
Crashes, doesn't load photos at times
Crashes and freezes constantly. Photos sometimes don't load after taking them. On the up side after you get everything loaded onto the platform documentation is very easy to view. To add to the upside after a COP is submitted the summary is very informative telling you what you passed/failed on, this makes improving the next site easy. Only problem is getting the files/photos and app to work on the front end loading. Not a service or reception issue I've used different carriers and desktop with hardline connections.
