Nice app—pathetic tech team!!
The idea behind this app is quite nice and requirement driven. But the main bottleneck is the capability of their tech team and a pathetic release management/ hot fix process. Their team keep breaking critical features while introducing new changes or existing bug fix. No concept of proper regression test or sanity check while pushing new builds. Moreover their hot fix timeline to fix some critical feature is also concerning (specially for ios platforms,it gets neglected).
Overall it has a good potential to outperform based on market demand, but needs lots of retrospective on tech team, release management system etc.

Unable to download and sync any newly purchased book.
নতুন বই ডাউনলোড করা যাচ্ছে না
আজ অবধি কিছুদিন হলো নতুন কেনা বই ডাউনলোড করা যাচ্ছে না । আপনাদের কাছে অনুরোধ, দয়া করে ios অ্যাপ টিকে আপডেট করুন । অ্যাপ এর সাথে ওয়েব রিডার এর option পেলে ভালো হতো ।

Give my email address and it is saying invalid email or password every time ..I tried every possible way…
Nice app, could become much better
This is a nice app. But a big problem is it does not allow to buy books from this app on Apple iPhone. Those who don’t have Android, how can they buy books then?
