Nice app for part time or even full time
I just started here and I got this application worthy , sometimes slow sometimes busy . Recommended for part timers

dont even think about it . to start they charge you 40£ for rider kit . a Badge and a 10 pound chinese bag is not even a top box . jacket they promise but never had . the job itself is a complete waste of time paying penies and they expect you to drive 7 miles to colect a 14 £ 8 mile order i work a full day (9 hours ) and bring home 84 £ . They charge you 10 £ yes 10 £ every time you need to cash out your hard earning money . Cash outs are not imediate like uber or deliveroo they can take up to 3 days ao they charge you 10 £ for nothing . This is another company looking to take advantage of couriers and paying penies . i repeat DONT WASTE YOUR TIME with this company !!

Useless app
Useless app, you get charged £10 each time you withdraw, you get £3.44 for most deliveries which are worth £5+, they take money from your balance without telling you & if you don’t spot it they will never put it back and they waste your time during deliveries and don’t want to pay you full waiting time which should be 40p a minute after 3min because 3 mins are free. Don’t recommend at all try Ecourier or Addison Lee they ain’t anywhere near the leasing instant courier like they claim 😂😂

Lack of options on app
The app doesn’t provide option to cancel deliveries after accept and doesn’t show what type of payment before accept. Improving this two features, I think the app go to 5 stars.

The are careless company , and taking money to transfer money into drivers account, they will never support drivers even they wait or lift heavy items , they will tell you on call they will call back but never call back and take own advantage, totally waste of time paying very less to drivers and giving long distance job poor service

Withdrawal fee
The withdrawal fee is to much, all other apps are cheaper. Swiftee is taking advantage of there drivers with this charge on top of all the other commissions they receive.

Scammers
Made two jobs in december and never got my money. They stop answering my emails after promised paying in 2 weeks. Had also another 4 people that I know in the same situation. They also require you to pay 100£ for uniform 🤣 AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
