Accepted a scheduled booking and no one showed
When I spoke to the help desk after no driver arrived at the scheduled time I was told the scheduled booking was too early and outside of the usual area so there were no drivers. The app should not have made it possible to book in this case. Too late to make another plan, and a significant inconvenience when I thought this was all arranged in advance.
