Excellent work, so an excellent app
If I need something is an possibility to choice the font, size, etc. (to see more lines) or to get a quick compact view.

Thank you for your feedback. Please email support@swiftodoapp.com with a description of what you did, and what happened next, and I will see if I can resolve the problem going forward.
iPadOS Bugs
Whenever I try to create a new task I receive an error msg of “Conflict with the remote file.” And I’m given three options: “Upload (Keep Local); Download (Keep Remote); Cancel”
Regardless of which option I chose, I receive the same error msg each time I create a task. Also regardless of the option the task is saved in the Todo.txt file.
I’ve tried recreating the todo.txt file and adding the tasks back in one by one and I still receive the same error msg.
In the settings under sync providers I have two enabled (I believe they are the default settings, because I haven’t changed them). The helpful comments says to tap on the sync name to enable/disable it, but that doesn’t work either.
I hope you can resolve these issues as they are most annoying and slows down my work flow.
There is another bug report under the MacOS store for SwiftoDo. Thanks.
Nice
Almost Perfect
Editor issue
Works as expected
ASCII is your friend
Update Jan 7,2024: Came back to this tool after 2 years wandering in an obsidian, things, and a few other tools haze. Looking at my files I realized this was the only tool (along with the original todo.txt) which I was able to use effectively over multiple years. Mr. Descy solved cross platform syncing solutions back in 2018 and 2019 that other todo.txt implementations are just realizing they need. This is still as close to perfect an app as I’ve come across and I hope Mr. Descy will keep revisiting it every few years to keep it working. —— Update March 13, 2020
Still incredibly happy with this tool and it's ios version. I've actually stayed with a tool for the first time in years (like since the palm pilot days when I used lifebalance) and sort of regularly find myself wanting to drop a note to Michael (creator) just to say thank you! Regular updates and bug fixes keep coming and I appreciate the clarity of purpose Michael brings to his choices - eg. when I asked about adding a time of day for due dates he explained with great clarity not only why that wasn't going to happen but why it would actually negatively impact my effectiveness if it was there. If you download this take a good look a the filters options - they make a huge difference.

June 25, 2019: My requirements tend to be simple: ascii or excellent import export, multiplatform. I generally float bettween omnifocus, taskpaper and todo.txt (bad habit, but the darn apps keep getting filled up!) It had been a few years sincce todo.txt and I was sad to find that Gina's app no longer worked for sync with dropbox or with ios so I took a look around. Michael did a really nice github version that supported todo.txt formats. Swiftodo, (and the ios version he did) are even better. His sensible additions to filtering are a boon, coupled with great support.
Great tool
Brilliant app let down by sync options
Dropbox was the go-to cloud storage 15 years ago, but who uses it now? I got it working with iCloud Drive and syncing between iphone and ipad works - but only sometimes. Lack of documentation for setting up Files app syncing doesn’t help. Also it limits the editing of todo.txt files to Apple devices only.
WebDAV syncing would make this otherwise near-perfect app useful to many more people. I’d pay for that!
Reasonable
My one problem is that I’m using Files for sync and managing underlying with sync thing. I get a reliable crash whenever I open following a remote change. Reopening displays everything fine. M
App crashing
could be better
Date picker is still broken
The last patch suggested this was fixed but as of 3.3.4 it’s not
Still fail in due date
Good but lacking a few things..
I've tried them all but I keep coming back
extra CLI + mobile
Works well but auto dark mode would be nice
Great app, great basic principle
However, I would like to emphasise the possibility of synchronising the todo.txt via iCloud and thus making it available to the CLI version on the Mac.
