About

A simple, native iPad app for filling in and signing small PDF forms: safety briefings, toolbox talks, any sort of read-through acknowledgments. A manager prepares the form, a worker signs it. Build a template once: read-through text, signature box at the bottom. Hand the iPad to the signer. The app locks behind Face ID, Touch ID, or Passcode the moment they leave the signing view, so the template library stays protected if the iPad is left unattended. Templates and signed PDFs sync to two folders you pick in your Dropbox: one for the templates, one for the signed copies. Team-shared folders work too. A sample template and demo mode ships with the app, so you can try the full sign-and-save flow without connecting any cloud account. Settings let you set an accent color, edit three lines of header text (Company, Location, Department by default), and add an optional square logo to the top-left corner. Open source on GitHub for verification.
