About
Swim Sage reads the pool swims your Apple Watch records in Apple Health and shows how you are really getting on: your pace and efficiency, measured against your own normal, not someone else's.
PAY ONCE, NO SUBSCRIPTION
Swim Sage is paid for once. There is no subscription, nothing to unlock inside the app, no advertising and no account.
YOUR LATEST SWIM, AT A GLANCE
The time, distance, lengths, heart rate and pool on one face, with every length's pace as a bar against your typical pace. Swipe back through earlier swims, and press and hold to see what changed since the swim before: strokes per length, pace, and your pace over each quarter of the distance both swims share.
TARGETS THAT MEAN SOMETHING
Set a target the way swimmers think of one: 70 lengths within 40 minutes, at least 1,800 m, or a pace to beat. Every swim is judged against it, with how early or late you reached it and how far ahead or behind you were at the time. Swims from before you set a target can be filled in from the round numbers you were already swimming.
SEE THE SWIM, NOT A TABLE
The Swim Timeline replays your swim in a pool, length by length, with a swimmer at your target's pace in the next lane, and your best and slowest recent swims beside you. On Apple Vision Pro the race is a pool in your room.
PROGRESS
Distance, pace, SWOLF, strokes per length and heart rate over weeks, months and years, like for like by pool length. Records, streaks and reports for each month.
FIX WHAT THE WATCH GOT WRONG
Wrong pool length, a slow first length while you set off, two lengths merged into one: correct them, and Swim Sage keeps your corrections on top of what Health recorded, without changing Health.
ASK
Ask a question about your swims, typed or spoken: "How far did I swim this month?" Answers come from your own swims, worked out on your iPhone.
TRY IT FIRST

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your Health data stays on your device. Swim Sage has no account, no server, no tracking and no advertising. It reads Health and never writes to it. Your iPhone, iPad and Apple Vision Pro can sync your corrections and targets directly with each other, over your own network.
Swim Sage needs pool swims recorded by an Apple Watch in Apple Health. Open water swims are listed and counted, without length timing.
