Love this app
Over time this app has improved immensely. It’s so easy to use and navigating the different fisheries is great. A few of the lakes I fish use this app so it makes booking so easy, pick your venue, pick your swim and you’re away.
Even having gate codes at your finger tips rather then scrolling through emails and texts. Highly recommended

Rigid system
My 3rd time booking via Swimbooker. It take away control from the Angler and gives control to the fishery. I had a shoulder injury and couldn’t fish. Swimbooker said, I needed to give 2 weeks notice to cancel or request a new date. Fishery cancelled with no refund. In a time of pain both Swimbooker and Trent View let me down with no offer of a refund even with the offer of evidence. App deleted and will never use again. I would sooner sell my tackle than use Trent View or Swimbooker again.

Crashes constantly
Absolutely awful app. Website is just as useless. Waited 3.5 hours in a queue for the payment page to crash twice. Now it’s showing a ‘there was an issue’ message over and over again. Now having to restart the wait all over and I assume I won’t get anything now on my lake of choice. Thanks a bunch swim booker. If you can’t take the pressure- get out of the game!
