Can’t get past the checkbox for terms and agreement to create an account
Trying to sign waivers and it won’t let me that app’s screen goes blank

At the beginning it’s a little bit confusing but a soon you get to know how it works can be very helpful. I used all the time for scheduling my kids lesson. I’m so happy that I found this academy!! All instructors are amazing, Keyli is a sweet heart!!
Required for classes, terrible app
Won’t let me log in 90% of the time. Very non-intuitive interface for finding and planning makeups. Way more complicated than it needs to be. Slow. I really love this swim school; this app is the only bad thing about the school. But this app is truly terrible and a misery every time I try to interact with it.

Often problems with log-in, doesn’t let me shows error. Sometimes it works most of time causes issues.

Pointless
This is basically the website in app format. No account functionality whatsoever.
Useless
I guess the only good thing is you can send a message through the app to cancel but that’s it. You can’t reschedule or anything. It’s pretty pointless. App is not capable of much.
Terrible app
Here’s what I want in an app:
- see my daughter’s schedule
- cancel and reschedule classes in real time
- see my history and pay bills

They should try a little harder than releasing a useless brochureware app that has less functionality than their terrible website.
