- Advance booking window: Venues can now control how far in advance players are allowed to book courts. - Transactions page: A new dedicated page where owners and managers can view all online and onsite transactions at the venue, including their associated booking slots and items. - Improved bills UI: Time slots within bills have been redesigned for better visualization and flexibility. Items added to a bill can now be assigned to specific time slots. - Enhanced reports: Owners and managers can now view detailed breakdowns of revenue, bookings, and occupancy by specific courts and items. Reports can also be sent directly via email. - Players & customers history: Owners and managers can now view each player’s booking history and track the total revenue they have generated for the venue. - Payment links: To better serve players, Swing POS now supports payment links for bookings. These can be sent to players who have not yet arrived at the venue. - Items availability and limits: Items can now have custom availability based on specific days and times, advance duration settings, and quantity limits. - Credit-based packages: Venues can offer credit-based packages, allowing players to purchase credits upfront at better value. Credits can be stored and used for future bookings at the venue. - Bill price modification: For onsite bookings, users can now apply price modifiers to bills for events, special occasions, or other specific needs. - More enhancements and flexibility improvements: Additional updates include onsite payment method settings, balance statements, updated QRIS design, improved booking indicators, improved slot management, and bill deletion.
