Best Golf Swing analysis app hands down!!

I have tried most every golf, swing analysis app out there and as a coach this is by far the best! The developer has been outstanding at using my Feedback to continue to better the product and he has been very quick at making the changes suggested. I also think it’s a great value at the subscription rate charged and I would highly recommend anyone interested in looking at their swing and being able to draw lines for reference to check this one out!

Ridiculous Paywall

Shady practices, it lets you set up and has you take a swing to analyze. But as soon as you get back to check your swing there is an unskippable screen telling you to purchase premium. Just make it a paid app if that’s how you’re going to do it. At least allow 1 swing analysis for free to see if it’s even worth it. I don’t want to commit to a 7 day trial that auto renews. If I think the AI is decent then sure, I’ll get a trial and test it out even more. THEN if it’s right for me I’ll subscribe. Your app may be horrible, it may be amazing. Don’t force a subscription after allowing me to start the analysis process but not even see the results.

Edit 9/14/23 First time trial time has been increased to 30 minutes of usage and then 2 minutes going forward in version 1.6.0. ——— It’s a FREE trial and it won’t charge your credit card after the trial ends. You can cancel the subscription from the App Store, Accounts and Subscriptions. You have 90 seconds to try it out until the subscription window pops up. You can come back to the app after 10 minutes and it will be reset and try it out again. Nowhere in the app description does it say that SwingMonitor uses AI. Please read the description for its full features. Three main features are: 1. It lets you monitor your swing in real-time so you can match feel to visual. You can use it with one device or send the live feed to another device. 2. It will automatically record for 4 seconds continuously on a timer and play back so you can check if your full swing periodically without runing back and forth to your phone. 3. You can load up to two videos side by side to compare and analyze yourself with a help of drawing tools. (This feature does not require a subscription)
