Fantastic app for creatives to connect with clients, I’ve booked multiple jobs and it has been a seamless and positive experience each time. The app is very easy to use and the Swipecast team are wonderful!

should not take this long to be approved
I've been working for 5 years in the industry and have plenty of high quality images from reputable photographers. their site says they approve profiles very quickly but i've been waiting for months and have emailed/whatsapped the platform. please approve me and i'd be happy to change my review after actually getting to USE the application.

I’ve been on Swipecast for about a year now but only recently completed my first job. I’m not exactly sure what the vetting process is for talent, but all the girls I’ve seen on there are working models with solid experience and great set etiquette. It doesn’t seem like there are a lot of newer faces, probably because you need to show a high level of professionalism just to get accepted. When I was finally allowed onto the platform as a model, it felt similar to when I got listed on Models.com.
At first I didn’t take applying to jobs all that seriously, but over the last few months I’ve started applying to everything I qualify for and I finally booked a job.
I imagine the vetting process for brands is just as thorough. The brand I worked with had an amazing team and the experience was seamless.
The jobs on Swipecast are all industry standard and well paid, and after the job wraps, payment is processed and paid out within a few days.
Swipecast only takes 10 percent, and there is no net 30, net 90, or even net 15. That’s exactly how it should be. It’s honestly impressive that a platform like this exists in an industry where so many people are regularly taken advantage of, especially by agencies or reps who are supposed to be looking out for them. I’m genuinely grateful to be on this platform and to be introduced to this new, more empowering way of working as a model. I honestly feel like it’s already starting to shift how I value myself and my work.
I’m also on Swipecast as a videographer, which I think is so cool. I’d love to be booked behind the camera as well, and I’m really looking forward to that. As of now I only have great things to say.

Too many bugs
App stopped working weeks ago. Just a white screen and nothing else. When it was working always had to log in twice. Kept getting notifications and messages that were meant for other users.
Love this app!
It’s helped me in getting some extra money. It’s a 4 because they don’t have you sign a release form and do not give the full details in regards to the usage of the booking. They can easily extend the usage without paying the models. Nevertheless I still love them. :))
Absolutely amazing
This app is really changing the game for models all over. Too many times have a I been sent on jobs I had no idea for who or what I would be doing. Swipecast has allowed for models, casting agents, hair stylists, makeup artists, etc. to be able to pick and choose which jobs they would like to be considered for. Truly one of a kind and so happy I am working with them

Waste of time
This app hasn’t had an update in years. Jobs often posted without usage terms, or with crazy ones. Many low rates. 1 job booked in 4 years on this app. Dont bother.

As a model, I find Swipecast incredibly convenient and user-friendly. The app is very easy to maneuver, and communication is seamless. Best of all, you get paid immediately after the booking. They also have great clients. Highly recommend.
Terrible app
Good idea but not executed well. Buggy.
Job listings only show ALL jobs. No way to filter by type. If im a photographer why would I want to see postings for models, hair, makeup, etc?
New updates make you login every time.
Rates are LOW.
Always shows my profile has been viewed by “x” amount of viewers but then only shows 1. And usually the date is off.
Videographers can’t show videos.
