Great app so far
I have just started using this app for content creating and so far it is very easy to use, quick to learn, and seems like it’s going to be a great way to earn.
Issues connecting social media and help tab does nothing
I’ve been trying to connect my social media so I can maybe get approved and I keep getting error messages. I’ve tried using the get Help option and it has me send a text message and a text message goes unanswered there’s no actual customer service or help that I can tell for this app in no way to troubleshoot why your social media might not be connecting to give you the ability to apply for things. I would love for somebody to contact me but it seems like there’s no real way to connect with anybody

Seems like a Scam
Have been on the waitlist for over the “24 hours” it said it would take to get into the platform…couldn’t connect to my Instagram or facebook but now I am thinking that was a good thing. We got an email about collaborating with a brand through this platform and it feels sketchy. See other people have had a hard time getting paid. Not sure how this app has so many 5 star reviews.

TOTALLY UPDATED IN 2025
🚨 They’ve updated the entire app and it’s pretty sleek now. It’s fast and they have lots of great brands that creators can work with like Uber, MasterClass, European Wax Center… I keep seeing more everyday. Lots of creators joining every week so keep matching with more people. ALL REAL PROFILES! Also you can literally withdraw your commissions using VENMO! That’s insane 💰🤑💵

If I could give less than 1 star I would
This app doesn’t even let me sign up with my Australian phone number and when I pressed get help, it tried to send a message asking for help which couldn’t even send. Uselsss
Won’t Verify Me
I’ve been trying to get help verifying my TikTok account for two weeks now and have heard nothing back from them. Putting the code in my TikTok bio isn’t working. Brands won’t reach out if I’m not verified.

Terrible and Poor customer service
Once you make an account they will not let you delete and will hold onto ALL of your info and have the access you initially give them. A SCAM in my opinion. They will not tell me how to delete my account and I am so mad.
Expect to be ripped off
More often than not several of these brands will be extremely quick to reply and get you to work with them, but the second it comes to receiving payment, they vanish like the last Airbender.
SwipeHouse has the absolute worse customer service in existence but it is LITERALLY none existent. Do yourself the favor and look for other ways of closing brand deals because this definitely is not it.

Writing a review because no one is responding to me
Hi, I have used the app for a few months for paid collaborations with brands. No one responds if you are having issues with any part of the app. I don’t usually have problems, but two of the collaborations that I got haven’t released the payment after approving the video I made and haven’t responded when I ask when they will. This adds up to about $400 and I completed my part of the agreement. I have reached out over ten times directly to swipehouse and the same amount of times to the brand.

Terrible Service, Extorting users for 5 star Reviews
First let me point out that you can bump up on the wait list or whatever if you give a five star review. Obvious red flag to the integrity of the ratings.
The real issue: I’ve had a few brand deals through this company and 3 times I have had significant difficulty collecting payment.
I worked with the creator when I first signed up, and ended up having to reach out to him the first time I wasn’t getting paid, because the support line wouldn’t return my call. After weeks,
I finally got paid.
The second and third time, I just haven’t heard back from anyone. Not the support line, no message back from the app creator, nothing. I spent a few hours producing content for these brands and got nothing.
Another issue is that a brand tried to hire me for a second video, but we could never get in contact with support to begin a second offer. Swipehouse would have made money on that commission! It makes zero sense why they wouldn’t want to respond to either the company or I in order to make it happen.
The finding friends feature is not much better. I met a couple people on there, but for a while the screens were just black on people’s profiles and now I keep seeing the same people over and over so I don’t even bother.
Super disappointed as it is a good idea but I’m not a fan of putting in hours of work and not getting compensated.
