Worst support team EVER

The individuals in the live chat have a very difficult time in processing and understanding the information that you provide them, every time that I have tried to resolve an issue, they provide me with an answer/solution that has nothing to do with my issue. When they cannot provide you with a solution, they try to make it as if it is your problem. My issue was that I did not receive my bonus spins, I opted in through the promotion page, on the same promotion, after you press the opt in button, a “make deposit” button appears on that specific promotion. I made my deposit through that specific promotion page, not the standard way. I tried to resolve this issue in the live chat, and told the agent that I opted in through the promotion page, and this guy “Andrew” had the audacity to try to turn it on me and say that I didn’t opt in when I did it through the promotion page. My second poor experience was similar, but with an agent “McKenna”. It’s like they don’t even read your messages, or they use ChatGPT or something to answer questions. Just a horrible support team.

If you win some bets and you want to withdrawl your money they put all the excuses and requests documents just to delay your withdrawal. Never put 1 dollar in this Sportsbook, you can deposit in 10 seconds but if you try to withdraw jajajajaaja Good luck with that. They will try to hold your money for weeks with no reason…

If i will get a chance them definitely i will give them -1 star because i have deposited $914 and won money almost $4947.20 and when i tried to withdraw money first they said my account is fully verified and after sometime they started asking for my bank statement and when i submitted that they said they don’t need my bank statement and they started asking for screenshots of my transactions history and i sent them that after that when i contacted them they said we don’t meed screenshots we meed bank statement from the bank which i have uploaded already. I tried to contact with their customer service and all of them said the same thing to me and they started asking for same documents which i have uploaded on their site. Why they allow deposits without asking documents. They are just scammers and don’t want to pay my money. And for further i am going to take them to the court and i will complain about this to IGaming Ontario and Alcohol and Gambling Association Ontario for to cancel their licence. I have all screenshots and screen recordings of them and i have their call recordings and my account screenshots and screen recordings too. I will make sure they will never operate their casinos in Canada and i will go to Higher Authorities for this matter. And i am not a ordinary person that the messed with.

Ignore every other review

Super simple service, never have any location issues when using the app or browser, withdrawals within 2ish hours which is decent, tones of live games available. These other reviews on here were made by degens who can't gamble responsibly & cant control their urges, probably the types of people to tilt daily. Unlike them, I am a responsivle player meaning my review is much more objective. There's no guarentee to winning, its gambling. Other than all that, great casino with lots of games & services. I mainly use the Browser option on my PC (Asus Rog Ally) & it runs incredibly smoothly.
