Don’t always get the news

I’ve set up alerts from Swissinfo and when an article pops up I click on it and it brings me to the Dear Swiss Abroad page. It never opens to the article I clicked on and I can never find the article! I would love to keep up with the Swiss news but find this to be a challenge with this app.

Disappointing

I was hoping for a succinct listing of use events for Switzerland that would appear as soon as I was open the app, like in RTS. It definitely doesn't give any of that

You can also personalise your news selection under SWIplus to tailor the content to your interests. We appreciate you sharing your expectations with us.

Faire découvrir ce pays magnifique de traditions par les moyens les plus modernes…
C’est simple, clair, fidèle à l’image qu’on en avait déjà et porteur de promesses de conserver cette belle image.

Keeping in touch

I have just downloaded this app onto my phone and it is amazing and brilliant to be able to keep in touch, and still have the swiss magazine for people living abroad but this is so much easier now. I won’t abandon the magazine but having it on my phone as this app is absolutely brilliant thank you very much. To. S W I

Ausgezeichnetes App

Wunderbar, das normale SRF App lässt dich keine Nachrichten sehen wenn du nicht in der Schweiz bist. Ich finde das SWIplus-App eine Super Sache. Hoffentlich kommt bald eine tolle Lösung um aus der Ferne abzustimmen. Grüsse aus British Columbia- Canada Sven

Je viens de télécharger l’appli, mais je ne peux la lancer. Je l’ai effacé et à nouveau elle ne s’ouvre pas. J’utilise ios18.2

Nous sommes désolés que l’application n'ait pas fonctionné correctement. Depuis le 11 mars, une nouvelle version de l’application a été mise en ligne. Nous espérons que l’accès à l’application fonctionne désormais correctement. En cas de problème, n’hésitez pas à nous contacter directement: swi.plus@swissinfo.ch

This update does not work

I have not been able to update with this “error” update. Therefore have not been able to read the swissinfo for a couple of weeks. No option to not adopt the update either on opening the app.

Ältere Version funktioniert nicht.

Leider wird die ältere Version von dem Hinweis überlappt das es eine neue Version gibt und ob ich diese installieren will. Leider kann dieser Hinweis nicht entfernt werden. Somit kann diese Version nicht genutzt werden. Schade, habe leider keine Möglichkeit auf dem Pad das neue OS zu installieren.

version iPad nécessaire

À quand une version tablette ? la plupart des concurrents- confrères proposent les 2 versions, l’iPad permet une lecture bien.

Problème avec le langage

Vivement l’ancienne application

Trop de problèmes avec cette nouvelle version: pas possible de choisir le français (le menu passe alors à l’italien) et l’affichage des titres (dans la version italienne) reste vide.

Quel désastre cette nouvelle appli

Un désastre versus la version précédent le si facile avec les titres principaux et les actualités détaillés Suisse et internationales.
Maintenant difficile de naviguer de différencier les titres et les chapitres et retrouver l’actualité suisse détaillée. Il faut scroller de gauche à droite.
L’international semble mélangé.
Mon application préférée devient un enfer et c’est un problème de fond
