I have been trying to cancel since Feb with no help
I keep being charged each month even thought I have tried to contact them numerous times and am being charged 39.99 a month for an app I do not use and have not used
Glitches
The app is very good. I can’t complain but there’s a couple glitches that I can’t really get my head round one of them being every time I video comes on. It starts flashing in your face. I feel like this could be very dangerous for people who are sensitive to light. Secondly, the app sometimes crashes for absolutely no reason.. the reason I’m giving it a three star is because of the flashing when it’s on a video super annoying and could be dangerous

The app is honestly amazing but i do dislike that u have to wait 3h between each use if u dont have premium and that u can only watch an add once to cancel it so you cant cancel it more than once

Works fine for me.
Charged my card for no reason.
i used the 3 day free trial subscription and i canceled it the same day because i didn’t like it, and it still charge my card even though i canceled the subscription before the free trial ended. i’m not sure why but please get in touch with me so we can come to a agreement because i would like my money back.

It was easy and satisfying!
At first I thought I had to pay but I realy didn’t! Now I’ve rid of soooooo many photos in under a minute
Works until it doesn’t
This app has the potential of being amazing. It’s so easy and takes very little time to do a number of them at a time. The problem is that after awhile, the app stops working. The first time it was something on their end (from what they told me) and it did resume to work. This last time, all I could get was a blank white screen. I had the lifetime option and I didn’t want to lose it so I attempted to contact the creator for help. I first tried chat. No response. I then tried email. No response. I went ahead and deleted the app and then reinstalled it. Lifetime did not follow so I deleted it again and gave up. :( It’s not a ratable app if it doesn’t work.

It’s a pretty good app
Yes you get to cleen your photos and stuff but you can only do one month per 3 hours so if you want to wait that long you can get the app but if you don’t have patience like me, I would prefer you not to get it

Lied about free trial and will refuse to contact me back
I accepted the free trail to this app and after a few days I was to be charged $7.99. I was charged $35 instantly removed from my bank account with no warning. My ‘plan’ still says free trial and then $7.99, they don’t even offer a $35 pack so I have no idea how they are going to justify taking this money from my account. No response at all when I have contacted them every single day

I like the way it works obviously the 2 hour timer is kind annoying but I don’t want to do it all in one sitting anyways and compared to the ones you have to pay for it’s great
