Option to slow down refresh

Need option to really slow down the refresh fx quotes rate. Right now one can only turn off the refresh if one is using cellular data. It would be nice to have an option on the screen to only refresh GC quotes every 15 minutes. When l am using a limited cellular data plan, I can just turn on a 15 minute or 30 minute refresh option.

Destroyed a good app

First, Apple is mysteriously deleting my negative reviews, which is par for the course for Big Tech nowadays.
Second, this app was great but now is totally unusable:
Alerts cannot be deleted once triggered;
Charts are useless, they do not show Bigh, Low, Close;
Dark mode is terrible, green and red colours look the same!
