Lousy Geo positioning
Response from developer
We’re sorry to hear about the issues you faced with geo‑positioning and the ad experience. Swiss VPN uses ads to keep the service free, but we understand they can feel disruptive. For geo‑location concerns, please try switching regions or using the ‘Alternate IP’ option, which often resolves server mismatches. If the problem continues, kindly reach out to us at support@swissvpn.pro with details so we can investigate further.

Good
Slow
Response from developer
Sorry for the inconvenience, Connection speed is affected by user's network. Please make sure you have working internet connection, try changing region or tap on "Alternate IP" Button in the app which will try to connect to a new node in the same region. If this persist, please open the app menu and use the “Support -> Contact Support —>Slow VPN” option to let the app collect diagnostics before tapping on "Send Support Request" to send us the diagnostics report with a brief description of the issue. This will likely help us diagnose and fix any issues at the earliest.Hope this helps.
