Ständige Fehlermeldung „Währung nicht konfiguriert, muss EURO sein“ - trotz Schweizer Kreditkarte. Swisscharge ist einer der Gründe, warum die E-Mobilität stockt.

Super app, faire Preise an ausgewählten Stationen

Gute App, wenn man Ladestationen eines bestimmten Anbieters in der Nähe hat. Hier kann man dann für unter 40 Cent pro kWH an DC und für 28 Cent an AC laden. Danke Swisscharge für diese fairen Preise.

Bislang alles super: Hinterlegen der Daten und Kreditkarte hat problemlos funktioniert. Ladevorgang lässt sich problemlos per App starten und beenden. Sogar eine schöne Verbrauchsanzeige bietet die App. So habe ich die geladene kWh und Kosten im Auge. Behaltet die Konditionen bei und ich bleibe als zufriedener Kunde erhalten.

Wegfahrsperre

Wenn man wegfahren möchte, geht das nicht, weil der Knopf zum Beenden des LageVorgangs versehentlich nur eine zehntel Sekunde sichtbar ist. Dann ist in der App gar nichts mehr sichtbar, was auf einen Ladevorgang hinweist. Man muss am Auto die Notentriegelung betätigen, um weg fahren zu dürfen.
