A prendere soldi sono davvero bravi niente da dire ma quando si ha bisogno il servizio clienti è imbarazzante…l’ultima volta per provare a parlare con una persona fisica tra tutte le telefonate più di un ora. L’assistente virtuale è surreale e li ringrazio molto per avermi rovinato una serata in cui volevo vedermi una partita. Grazie Swisscom

Viel Luft nach oben

Im Vergleich zu den anderen verfügbaren Streaming Apps mit Abstand die schlechteste. Programmauswahl ist super, aber die Stabilität und UX ist gruselig. Auf dem Apple TV ist sie schon eine Herausforderung, aber auf dem iPhone taugt sie höchstens zum Zusammenstellen einer Play/Wishlist.

Que des bugs! Le programme plante soudainement ou alors il ne démarre même pas. « Oups une erreur est survenue, veuillez essayer plus tard. » Et la facture je peux essayer de la payer plus tard aussi? Swisscom est une honte pour la Suisse!

App hängt sich auf

Die App hängt sich am Fernseher häufig auf. Man bekommt das blue Tv Logo angezeigt und das war’s. Nur eine Stromunterbrechung hilft.

Weiterhin vergisst die App oft wo man zuletzt beim Abspielen war, was noch erschwerend dazukommt, es gibt keine Möglichkeit zu einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt zu springen.

Worthless

Totally worthless app. Will not open at all regardless how many credentials you enter. Impossible to watch Swisscom TV when you’re not at home. Pathetic.

Leider kein chromecast

App läuft soweit stabil und gut. Schaue über iPad und iPhone. Leider kann ich es von meinem iPhone nicht auf den Fernseher über chromecast streamen. Könnt ihr das noch einbauen?

Null Vertrauen

Die App wäre eine Super Sache. Jedoch hat es in sich, mit den Ideenentwicklungen. Dafür braucht es gute Programmierer und das scheint rar zu sein in der Industriellen Welt. Die App funktioniert manchmal zu 2/10 und vielen Zeiten ,zu 8/10, nicht.
Ich kann nicht sagen was gut funktioniert da es immer wieder nicht funktioniert! Kein Life anschauen möglich, die App selber funktioniert trotz mehrfacher Verkoppelung mit Fernseher( wenn es mal funktioniert und den Vorgang anzeigt ) nicht, keine Möglichkeit irgendwas zu nutzen!
