Izmir is the last leg of our Turkey visit.
Büyük Efes was a great surprise.
Although I knew about it for years, since I was born in Izmir in 1960 and it was my parents upscale dining and entertainment spot with their friends even back then.
Best hotel experience.
The staff is very knowledgeable friendly and engaging. No long faces or short answers.
Room service with Americano coffee was what we were longing for. With the view of the hotels garden and outside pool fulfilled our coffee time.
The pool area and gym is phenomenal. Biggest and most versatile gym with diversity of machines new to us and numerous classes. The 9th floor bar with 1st class mixed drinks and the views of the city is a must to experience. Must try the Ceaser Salad with shrimp. Never tasted such flavor from shrimp!!
My wife made a 4 pm appointment at the beauty salon and spa tomorrow.
We will definitely stay here next Izmir visit.

Really looking forward to coming too this amazing hotel only to find out that the outside pool is closed but I can sunbath on the pool side but i can’t get in the amazing pool why oh why ?????! What a disappointment been looking forward to the outside pool for months and months I want to get in the pool outside !!!!
