SwissTasks offers a unified task list to see at a glance what’s next. It allows you to add notes and to log events and values. The user interface is very fast, even with tens of thousands of notes and log entries.
Items shown that can have due dates:
• Notes
• Tags
• Categories to log events
• Categories to log values
System tags with special functionality:
• Checklists (can easily be reused)
• Processes (only one item is shown at the top of the Tasks view)
• Flashcards (Leitner system)
• Intentions (shown repeatedly at random)
• Waiting (items automatically get a due date in 30 days)
Other noteworthy features:
• Use intuitive swipe gestures
• Import iCloud Reminders
• Visualize data to see trends over time
