Poor log in system
It’s a pain to log into this app. On the Apple TV I need to go a website to log in. Why ?? I should be able to log in directly.
Also only 4 tries before it locks you out for one hour and you can’t even reset your password ?? This is ridiculous. Definitely not paying for this level of service.

WORLD CUP 2022 worst app ever
Subscribe to a month package costed a lot. Was able to watch only 7th over. App keeps crashing useless app. Failed to load stream total headache. Tried to load 1000 times no response worst ever app possible I want refund. Useless service from etisalat as always. India PaK match was the most important match. It is still going on I cannot watch on mobile on pc tried all.

What a wasteful Garbage App..
Subscribed to watch Pak vs India Worldcup and T20 as a whole!! Right after the anthem it stopped playing. 20 minutes into the game and it is not playing. Customer service support is non-existent!! Switch TV looser!!

*1st Review Avoid this not support at all* The app keeps logging out from TV, now said that I reach the maximum number of devices. After this not able to login on the website to unregister devices repeated in the account, due to the previous issue mention here, to much bug for this service. Contacted Etisalat and they said that this is a third party service and explain to try it and contact Switch services directly; but there is no contact info anywhere, just redirecting to Etisalat website. 😡BAD BAD BAD SERVICE—STAY AWAY😡

App doesn’t work on Apple TV. It gives a msg that it needs to run on 4k Apple TV and it is running on 4k Apple TV.

Just received an AD that Switchtv has Airply... Got message "an error occurred loading this content try again later"!!!!!!!
