Cannot read house rules
Under the Walk in, the house rules is at the bottom of each office info page. However the house rules is not possible to tap because the “Walk in Pass” button is blocking it.
Nothing loads up saying I am Offline when I’m not
Have cellular enabled for this app and the app fails to load. Serious issue that is pretty basic function not able to work. App is useless without the fix for this. Running iOS 16.3 and iPhone 14 Pro.
Customer Support is non existent
I like the service that Switch provides, however dealing with their customer support, account management has been a nightmare.
No tax invoices on corporate visits
Reaching out to general customer support results in 0 response even after weeks and calling. The only way to get a response is via an account manager. Who is also not straight to the point.
App been getting slower and slower.
Please remove annoying “refer your friends” popup.
I’ve referred over 10 friends to the app, only to realize that the credits expire and don’t seem to be applicable to corporate visits. Feeling cheated.
If they were to improve on all these, that would be wonderful.

Does not support users from Hong Kong
App works but the company doesnt
It has been 3 weeks since I wrote an email to them informing of the misinformation about one of the study areas offered by a hotel that was unavailable (i went down only to be turned away) and still NOTHING is being done because that particular workspace is still up on the site. Im so sure many of the users have been baited there only to be disappointed.
2 booths that i had recently been to had stained dirty cushions infested with ants. The air-conditioning was only for aesthetic purposes, we had to keep the door open so as to not suffocate.
This should be going through proper feedback channels but after the first incident and their nonaction, it is evident that this company is looking for quick cash grabs with minimal maintenance of their facilities.
Tldr; Dont use their facilities or use them at your own risk

Super convenient, great for remote work
Easy to use app, great network of booths and rooms you can book instantly. Comes with wifi, electricity, air conditioning, comfy chair and enough space to work for hours

Good option other than WFH. Quiet and clean booth allows me to have a conducive working space. Locations are widely located around Singapore.

Really enjoyed the pay per minute and on-demand workspace idea ! You can find different workspaces like Hot Desks, Work Booth, Meeting Room and Event Spaces all within one platform!

Had difficulty with my app but team reverted to me promptly and helped resolve the issue. Great service attitude. Booths are conveniently located in malls and allows me to take last minute calls in a quiet environment.
Best co working app!
Switch is a very seamless all-in-one app with different co working spaces all around Singapore. It contains all the information required for checking in and using each co working space and even the booths!! The best are the booths although small but it gives the user a personal space to work. The support team is also very efficient!! Got locked out of the booth once due to lock malfunction but got back inside within 10 mins!!!!

Can’t do without Switch
It’s really easy to use and opens up lots is locations to find a good space for doing my work. And it’s affordable too! I used to work out of cafes but always felt obliged to keep buying food and drinks but by using Switch, I can use dedicated booths, co-working spaces which are clean, good WiFi and no service staff trying to hurry me away.
